Why the country was taken to boiling point?

By Veengas
On 27th January, 2011, the country was turned into a fire zone; everyone was emotional and clamouring to save the country’s sovereignty. An American, Raymond Davis, had shot dead two people, Fahim and Faizan Hyder at a crowded place in Lahore.

All over the country there were calls that Raymond Davis should be hanged at the same place where he had shot dead the two young Pakistanis. The law Minister of Punjab, Rana Sanaullah also issued a harsh statement against the American, and leader of his faction of the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz Sharif met John Kerry.

After the meeting Nawaz Sharif said: “We will never compromise on Raymond Davis and Punjab province is first in the country who stood up against Raymond Davis. Nawaz League had first talked strongly against Kerry-Lugar Bill and Choudhry Nisar had said: “We can die but we will never sell our sovereignty.” But when his entire party met Hillary Clinton not a single word was spoken in front of her. Is this the way of protecting sovereignty of Pakistan or creating tension among common people?

Media and religious parties too had harshly spoken and assumed that Pakistan would defend its sovereignty and for protection of sovereignty it was must that Raymond Davis be hanged publicly. On sensitive issues how much our people are going to react wrongly while knowing that resolution of these issues need table talk and the country might have to compromise.

But Raymond Davis issue was taken too much sensitively. Some issues cannot be handled through road politics or fireworks, as we all know that Pakistan sooner or later will have to surrender on Davis issue. As we all know Raymond Davis, the CIA spy, charged with double murder in Pakistan, has been freed after the families of two dead men agreed to withdraw charges in exchange for financial compensation.

The question is why they took the country to a boiling point? Even though we all knew that this case should not have been treated as it was treated. Raymond Davis case was ignited when news came up that he is a CIA agent and in Pakistan he was supposed to conduct secret investigations. This news was leaked by Guardian correspondent Declan Walsh.

Before going on further I would like to share an interview of Declan Walsh which I had specially taken on Raymond Davis case on 7th March 2011.

Do you think the Raymond Davis case will have an impact on relations between Pak - US relations?

Declan Walsh:- I think it already has had a very strong impact. It reflects the pathological nature of the relationship, and brings out the worst in the national character of both the countries. The Pakistanis are angered at being seen as “little brother” who takes American money but is supposed to say nothing when armed Americans go around the country shooting people. The Americans feel angered that they have pumped so much money into Pakistan, and yet Pakistan is unwilling to help when one of their people gets in trouble.

Does Raymond Davis possess any kind of immunity?

Declan Walsh:- That’s a very legal-technical question that the best legal brains in Pakistan seem unable to answer right now! It is common practice for many countries to send intelligence agents on missions abroad under diplomatic cover. But the golden rule for espionage is “don’t get caught”. And if you do get caught, well then you deal with every situation on its merits and according to its particular circumstances.

American President Obama confirmed that Raymond Davis has immunity and Pakistan authority declared, Davis doesn’t enjoy immunity, in your view are both the parties taking the case in right direction or their statements are creating trouble in the case?

Declan Walsh:- The Pakistan government hasn’t declared yet whether Davis has immunity or not - and that’s a major part of the problem between the two countries.

Being a correspondent of Guardian newspaper, you have already mentioned, Raymond Davis is CIA agent, after such news, how do you see the role of Pakistani Media? Though some sources reported he had remained in Blackwater.

Declan Walsh:- Yes, he previously worked for either Blackwater or Xe Services, the new name for Blackwater. I believe he stopped working for them when the CIA employed him fulltime. Pakistan media have taken a very strong interest in this case, but sometimes have been too willing to report stories about Davis that are obviously untrue - for example, that he tried to supply al-Qaeda with nuclear weapons.

Raymond Davis’ bio-data shows that he had been a member of various spy agencies, but those two men killed Faizan Haider 21, and Muhammad Faheem 19, were reported to be ISI agents but ISI refused it, declaring them as robbers even though Gul Hameed said that both were neither agents nor robbers. What do you think about them?

Declan Walsh:- I really don’t know what the truth is about these two men. But I think it’s the key to understanding why Davis opened fire on them, and why he fired so many shots.

After 9/11, Pakistan intelligence has been claiming, they have enough strategy against War on Terror but after Raymond Davis case, don’t you think Pakistan intelligence has failed to protect its sovereignty because they could not have identified such people while accidentally Pakistan intelligence caught this case?

Declan Walsh:- It’s not clear what role Pakistani intelligence played in this case. They claim he entered the country because the US embassy made it too easy to obtain a visa. But I suspect they knew who he was a long time ago, and were monitoring him to see what he was up to.

As media has got a video of Raymond Davis while talking to a police officer. Do Pakistan agencies deal sensitive issues like this way because such videos without permission cannot be shown on TV, how do you feel about it?

Declan Walsh:- It’s very unusual in any country for the authorities to leak an interrogation video. While it’s good for the media, I think it reflects badly on the police/intelligence agencies.

What is your view about People’s Party itself contradicting statements coming up in public from former foreign minister Shah Mahmood Quershi who said Raymond Davis doesn’t enjoy immunity and Ms Fauzia Wahab said, he does enjoy immunity?

Declan Walsh:- This case has clearly caused divisions within the PPP, between those politicians who are perceived to be close to the intelligence agencies and those who are not. But they may just be perceptions - the key question is whether the Foreign Office had given Davis immunity or not. But in many senses, this whole affair is about more than just the facts now - it’s about politics too.

Raymond Davis case has sparked anti-American sentiments and religious parties gave a boost to it, even though Punjab Government clearly said that they would not compromise on Pakistan’s sovereignty. After these sign, will Raymond Davis get immunity?

Declan Walsh:- I think some deal will be struck that will allow Davis to leave Pakistan. Maybe not tomorrow, but perhaps in two weeks, or two months. In the end, it will be a technical question as to whether he leaves under immunity or under some other deal.

Do you think Raymond Davis case is becoming political even by People’s Party Pakistan member Mr. Qureshi and religious parties plus Punjab Government?

Declan Walsh:- It reflects the tortured relationship between Pakistan and the US, which started back in the 50’s under General Ayub. So it’s political for everyone.

Raymond Davis case is being tried by a Lahore court in-camera session, do you think courts will free in taking decision or come under pressure?

Declan Walsh:- Impossible for me to say.

If Raymond Davis gets immunity, will PPP enjoy power in government?

Declan Walsh:- How the PPP handles the case will be very important for the stability of the government. I think they will try very hard to ensure that whatever solution they come up with, it will have the agreement (private, if not public) of the army and the opposition parties, which are the two forces that have the power to destabilize the government.

According to the above interview Declan Walsh predicated that Raymond Davis will be released soon. And now it has been confirmed that Raymond Davis has been freed. It’s not new for us that people perform their duties as agents like Raymond Davis and we might have many more people performing duties like him and moving around freely. Here is a point to ponder that why politicians are driven in wrong direction when they know very well that Pakistan has no power to refuse its big boss America. If Pakistan had ability to show eyes America would not have given excuses as we are doing to them. We need to understand our weaker position and given country in the hands of Big Boss. It is sad but the fact is that we cannot go against the US. According to one source: “As much as $5billion were given to Pakistan in military assistance since 9/11 attacks; it is an open secret that at least 20 per cent of this amount went into the pockets of high ups.” Published in English Newspaper in The Frontier Post, on March/18/2011. http://http//www.thefrontierpost.com/News.aspx?ncat=ar&nid=521&ad=18-03-2011

Drones death fires & Balochistan.

By Veengas

We don’t know what will be happened with us? When we lost, we were detected this thing happened us. We are living in state as we are criminal or deaf and dumb, statesmen can do whatever they want us? But I will not allow them; they count me in animal cart. Said Ms. Ayesha who was criticizing on Pakistan ruling class.

This is not one Ms. Ayesha who is criticizing on government system, here is many people those have anger at government working. Since Pakistan developed in shape of country, common people have only been using as term card nothing else.

Pakistan has lost its image inside and outside by ruling class. Unfortunate, native people of this country have been counting dead bodies for long time.

Even Mir (not his real name) from Karachi said, my forefather received died body, my grandfather had gotten died body, my father dig upped his beloveds and now I myself has received died bodies. Our home-gate is witnessed how many we have been receiving died bodies. He sadly shared; I don’t know why are we born? Are we only for seeing funerals?

This is not only Ayesha and Mir, those have seen bitter things but we have more stories fill up in blood and broken promises.

State Art, where we read governing system when we take look at Pakistan governing system, instead governing system, have been one ruling class in the name of governing system. Of course, where one class has authorized, can not be cared majorities rights in fact majorities rights are being under feet of that one class ruling as in Pakistan has system of one class ruling authorized.

So, how can we talk about dominion of country which has sold sovereignty on other hands? Interesting point is, whenever we seen decade of Dictators, have sold Pakistan’s sovereignty. From General Ayub Khan to General Musharaf all dictators has had sold Pakistan.

Even though while ruling of Dictators no one speaks up and when they get green flag, now all of you can speak up against dictators. This is double attitude which exists among Pakistanis.

In era of Musharaf dictator, what he did, how he applied policies? Have we heard about him? We were being heard when his last days of ruling.

Nowadays we are hearing big voices against Drone attacks, these are violating Pakistan’s sovereignty, when this authority were given in 2004 nowhere single voice talked for sovereignty.

Today we are heard voice against Drone attacks even that Pakistani Political Parties those were partner in Musharaf Era, they speak now for sovereignty of country.

Drone attacks run by US for killing Taliban, by Drone technology no doubt instead one Taliban, common citizen died. One drone attack gives 9-10 deaths.

One of North Wazirstan citizen shared his views that, we are beating by three parties, one Taliban, second America and third Pakistani army. They don’t care us, now let me know, how could we stop Taliban when they entered in our house with gun, if we say some thing they will open fire at our children, then we receive drone attacks.

We don’t have single side for spending life each sides have gun those are opening fire at us.

Drone attacks have been killing people since 2004, what has happened? Just single report published and again we see these attacks.

I pray one day god will justice while weeping said North Wazirstan citizen.

Who will justice and when? We all don’t have idea. I am here going to share table to Drone attacks that was prepared by Conflict Monitoring Center organization:-

Year Drone Attacks Fatalities
2004-7 9 109
2008 34 296
2009 53 709
2010 132 938
Total 228 2052.

In Bush Era, Drone attacks were in low rate but after Mr. Barak Obama who has slogan of Change, we don’t see change in policies instead we have seen changing in speed up Bush’s policies though.

This above table shows, drone attacks have been starting in Musharaf Era. No one talked against it, killing is killing whatever its cost?

At least now we have cleared up sovereignty of country being exploited by these one man shows than common people.

This is interesting analysis that why Drone attacks are? If US has believed in Pakistan strategy.

Other point runs that US is claiming that they are powerful state, so there are two views, small group of Taliban is given defeat to US, if not; it means coin of Taliban are from US itself Bank.

I am here not remarking final point but all points are running when people see dull strategy and getting yet failure results.

According to BBC survey Data on Drone attacks where BBC mentioned that militants attack are than drones, militants are getting upbeat.

Drone attacks only can kill rare Taliban they don’t have more number of Taliban than common people.

Waqar Qurish expert of IT from Karachi said I am not supporting drones attack; this is not way to win any war. If they are claimed that they killed Baitullah Mehsud in August 2009, who has evidence that he has been killed? We have only one picture and are told he has killed.

If they covet to use drone attacks I suggest them, first they attack on Rehman Malik.

Drones attack is on hot-topic in Pakistan. In July 2010 BBC, “The US should just give us the technology,” says Rehman Malik. “If we do it ourselves, Pakistanis won’t mind.”

Why have they forgotten that murder is murder either with little gun or big gun. Question is not who is violating sovereignty; people are worried for innocent killings.

Although Mr. Malik, has forgotten, sovereignty exists with people not on getting command on technology.

After Raymond Davis Case, major concern on drone attacks and signs are shown that Pakistan is forcing to take over charge on drone technology and it may have used for Baloch fighters, Taliban instead.

Drones Attack & Balochistan:-

Now round table is going change, US has done its work in this region and of course US has mood to move on middle East and Africa sides for getting more resources.

Raymond Davis Case, maybe give less calmness. Question is this will US give Drone technology if not, maybe US access to Drones for using it under US command.

Mostly people have analysis that if drones use in Balochistan, it will be created like Volcano for Pakistan. Because Balochistan is not as Tribal area.

We can not say in conformation that Balochistan will face drones attack but signs are given message that in the name of Taliban perhaps drones mouth will be opened on Balochistan.

If this happens, will only suggest that now Balochistan has had experienced its bitter problems. Balochistan common people has gotten voice and now they are speaking themselves, yes of course, there is tribal system, this system has been losing its grip among people now Balochs has made minds for their survive.

After drone attacks, Balochistan would on road that no one will be able return on talks table.

Right now we are analysis numbers of Fatalities and can be talked on its results if it runs in Balochistan; we may not be talked like that.

Whatever, killing innocent people by any method it is abuse on human.

May like Rehman Malik ministers get little sense that whether killing from outsider or insider, it must be condemned and denied.

And Pakistan country has bitter experience, attacks never given solution only digged black hole. Are they again digging one more black hole by drone attacks?

Who Raymond Davis was?

Interviewed with Mr. Declan Walsh (Well-known Journalist)

By Veengas

“People have right to know” this slogan for while seems beautiful, public who is giving their votes in state, must be known what is going in state. Sadly, power makers have made one law and act on other self-interest. When public starts voice for knowing, state excuses for giving information. And state says that some information ought to give public. If we share entire information, it would be harm for sovereignty. It’s comical, right to know, would be caused for harm according to power makers even though they claim that people have to right according to their wishes. Hence, limitation in information is murderer of information, so far; state always tries to hide information but it leaks out though. Nowadays we have age of information and age of no secrecy, world has had experienced of ruling class, so now no one can make fool public. Even they are trying to impose oldest tact. Right to know, was trying to hide under table. When Pakistan met accident of Mr. Raymond Davis on January – 27 – 2011, shot two men in Lahore – Punjab. After this incident Raymond Davis has become hot finger in Pakistan, who Raymond Davis was?

Pakistan and USA are wrestling on Raymond Davis’s immunity, has he immunity or not?

This case doesn’t show up any other side running around immunity. Suddenly, one report giving fire in case which was reported by Declan Walsh, correspond for Guardian’s paper in Pakistan/Afghanistan. He reported that Raymond Davis is CIA agent, after his reporting case totally turned his face.

What will be happened this case? Who will win and lose? No doubt, “Right to know” has won its right beside states tried to hide it but Declan Walsh revealed reality.

Declan Walsh: has been a foreign correspondent for ten years – five in Africa and the past five in Pakistan. He has written beautiful write ups on Pakistan/Afghanistan issues also written bodily.

He has written for the Sunday Business Post, where he won the paper’s first Irish national newspaper award for Social and Campaigning Journalism, and was then Africa correspondent for the Independent and the Irish Times. He has also contributed to the New York Times, the Economist and the Boston Globe.

What does Egypt think?

By Veengas

“World has two hands of power one imperial and second people, it is sadly to say that imperial power always rule on world and people power struggling for its opening.

Whatever you people speak; we will have to agree that people struggles go into limited power, which is known to be greedy power.

We need to people power not people struggle, which to be caused for imperial power, tell them we are combating for poor, don’t see again royal cats in public power.”

“Ah.. Heart don’t to be embittered, we (people) are many and those are small but they have strongest weapons in the name of religion, carefully move and never listen there talks on the beat of fake drums and promises.”

These both above paragraphs I remembered while hearing word “Amazing” from well-known and sane writer and journalist Antony Loewenstein on Egyptians. Yes, it is right that people gatherings and slogans give unseen heart beating and moving human as bird.

In fact, music of struggle has its own charisma. And I was heard amazing word, suddenly I recalled my childhood when people were celebrating late general Zia-ul-Haque dead, we (kids) received sweets from them on Zia dead. Eleven years people lived under dictatorship where you were not allowed to read single page of socialism or news, General Zia dictatorship decade was polluted and bloody. Public did struggle and fought also MRD movement later what were people gotten? IMPERIAL POWER! Did people give up their lives for it?

Therefore, I have been thinking on two paragraphs, word Amazing and about situation in Egypt. Will Egypt be received imperial power in new face or amazing changing?

This is crux strata for me, of course; people are exhausted after long one man show, which has had dictatorship. Hosni Mubarak, what has done for Egypt?

He has done three remarkable work, all facilities, and developments for the Hosni Mubarak’s Family and his loyal cats, by Hosni Mubarak and of Hosni Mubarak.

People of Egyptian only undergo his three works. Hosni Mubarak has done job for imperial power and protect there interests in Middle East.

One day you will have to retired and say good bye. Hence, is time to come end of Hosni Mubarak? When we all see anger waves in Egypt and many voice again Mubarak, that now you must get out…. After long doing loyal job for big bosses, Mubarak is being delivered insult sounds by his bosses.

It is difference between doings job for imperial bosses and poor people, bosses can kick out any time but poor people always remember in history. So, those to be chosen imperial job those have temporary period, will be behaved like Mubarak.

Mubarak must be gone, because now it’s over. But imperial power will go alongside him?

Nowadays public on the door of Egypt, because Egyptians has been exploiting in the hands of Hosni and his loyal cats.

According to some source that white house has promoted protestor for weakening its old fashioned loyal baby Hosni Mubarak. If this is true that now white house covets to change face and to be sketched new senior, which will have support to white house’s future plan. It shows funny that if USA has involved some sort of cases while protesting in Egypt. It means USA is going to be throw out old ally by using own created situation of dictatorship. As world has new terms as media and information, which has no boundaries this is why USA needs new faces for applying new policies in middle east region.

No doubt, above years military had has been deeply rooted in Egypt governing body, would it be easily that they will leave its roots after some protests. Those who know state body rulings curial eyes under cap of capitalist, will leave factory of state?

If we see data of military, which has been stepped up by USA and Israel, we can feel that power game timer to be changed by investors (USA and Israel).

According to BBC All of Egypt’s post-1952 leaders have been military officers, and both serving and retired generals are sprinkled throughout the various arms of government. USA always claims for democracy values but can USA let us know feeding military high aids, which type of democracy bring?

Of course anti-public system comes into state.

Egypt has been come out from its curtain, but as it is calling REVOLUTION. To me, it is not as revolution as we are seen in pages of history. Eventually, bearing injustice taken stepson the road of Cairo but still some thing fishy. We are frightened that might have Egyptian exploited by second hand of capitalist in the name of revolution.

Indeed, capitalist want to be their loyal cats, hence we are hearing again voices of Muslim brotherhoods and it signs that people long marches and blood on the roads to be taken new face, which will have language of capitalist. And military aids will work.

As we were introduced in Zia decade, people assumed after dead of Zia, Pakistan would be seen Change but all wishes fled in ashes.

Will Egyptians be met as state of Pakistan had seen, after to be resigned of Hosni Mubarak?

If Egyptian wants real change, they must be as acted as once upon done Russians during Czar Era. After then we will be said yes Amazing change not only in pages of history but also in front of our little eyes.

We all want to change because USA’s policies have made impure states where poor innocents people are dying instead of passing simple life, but in the name of revolution, change will come according to wishes of imperial power it would be harm for us those are combating for own rights.

Now let’s see, what does Egypt think? Will they as take steps as Russians took?

Profile! Begum Nusrat Bhutto

A lady! Symbol of love and loyalty (Begum Nusrat Bhutto)

Veengas

In the world mostly is known to be that two things are permanent, one is sorrow and second is death. I would like to add third more History, which is also permanent.
Someone has quoted, History remembers those characters that spent life for others.

Madam Nusrat Bhutto - online photo
Today I am going to share about a lady who never claimed herself as big and not even say a single word.

If I call her, mythical character it would not be less. She deserves because she hasn’t done any ill-error in her whole life, in fact her life wind always went against her.
She is like a character of Shah abdul Latif Bhatai’s poetry where all characters gave sacrifice but they never complained instead of asking for more tough walks because they know love has one route which has dark difficulties but finally leads to beloved.
What had she given and received? If anyone writes book on her, will fill up pen in aguish rather ink. Her life is all about anguish, maybe pages refuse to accept more about her, it's difficult to bear pain but she had not only borne pain and live life without her husband and children.

Of course, that is Mrs. Begum Nusrat Bhutto, who is known as wife of Former Prime Minister Zulifqar Bhutto who was hanged by Dictator General Zai –ul – Huq.

We chose her name for this page not because of wife of late Z.A Bhutto but we have chosen her because of her own life struggle and commitment with unending sorrows, she is a character who has received only stones of anguish.

Begum Nusrat Bhutto was born on 23rd March 1929 in Iran. She belongs to Esfahani family in Esfahan, Iran. Nusrat Bhutto is of Kurdish descent, despite the fact, her family originating from the Kurdistan province in Iran. Some claim that the Kurdish connection only comes from her grandmother who had married into the Hariri family Iranian Kurds. She was born to a wealthy and culturally rich Iranian businessman whose ancestors had settled in Karachi and had a vast network of roaring business across the subcontinent at the time of the Partition of 1947.

Many senior politician of Pakistan say, she was more beautiful and intelligent everyone wanted to close her but she never talked to others.
One of senior politician passed remarks about her, she was lucky star in the life of Mr. Z.A. Bhutto otherwise he was nothing I think now, Mr. Bhutto done something good that he got such a lady.

Mrs. Bhutto met and got married with Z.A Bhutto (Shaheed) on September 8, 1951 in Karachi. It was Zulfikar Ali Bhutto's second marriage.
She has had four children Ms. Benazir Bhutto (Shaheed), Mir Murtaza Bhutto (Shaheed) Shah Nawaz Bhutto (Shaheed) three of whom martyrdom and one daughter who is alive Ms. Sanam Bhutto currently lives in London.

Mrs. Bhutto proved herself as real life partner if we want see meaning of life partner then we can peep into her life because she walked with Z.A Bhutto in house-life and Political-life. When Z.A Bhutto entered into politics that time politics was only for men, after Z.A Bhutto, took part ladies in politics by his own home.

As first lady from 1973–1977, Nusrat Bhutto functioned as a political figure her husband.
Mrs. Bhutto bore many bitter things when she heard about her husband's love affairs instead such trouble things, she remained beside her husband.

She was a first lady who went at grass-root level and collect women’s problem to present in the United Nations, here we see; what was she? She was a first lady, why did travel at villages and door to door? Only for gathering data of women’s problems and suggestions.

She could have ordered but she was not typical rich lady. She had sense of consciousness and importance of common people. She introduced politics for women in Pakistan.

After her husband Judicial Trial in1979, she fought against Dictator General Zia and condemned his dark-ruling. She lost her husband, two sons were exiled, one daughter imprisoned with her and second daughter Sanam was moving here and there.

She faced such horror chapter of life. In 1982, ill with cancer, she was given permission to leave the country by the military government of General Zia Ul Haq for medical treatment in London. Where she received second died body her little second son Shah Nawaz Bhutto, She was lived in abroad not like luxury but on road of loneliness under rain of tears.

She remained Chairperson from 1979 to 1983 of People’s Party Pakistan.

After returning to Pakistan in the late 1980s, she served several terms as a Member of Parliament to the National Assembly from the family constituency of Larkana in Sindh. Also, during the administrations of her daughter Benazir, she became a cabinet minister and Deputy Prime Minister.

Horror chapter of life did not take rest, again wave arose in her life when Ms. Benazir Bhutto (Shaheed) and Mrs. Bhutto got reservation with each other in 1990.
This time her son Mir Murtaza Bhutto (Shaheed) returned to Pakistan and Mrs. Bhutto took his side.

Those who already were wanting divide Bhuttos, they got beautiful chance and never gave them space for uniting.
Being a Mother, Mrs. Bhutto divided it was hard to decide for one even though Mrs. Bhutto supported her son.

Later, Begum Nusrat Bhutto got third time died body in her cradle Mir Murtaza Bhutto was no more, it was shocked for her.
After her son martyred, people have not seen again Mrs. Bhutto.Mrs. Bhutto lost her elder daughter fourth time.

She moved with her daughter Ms. Benazir Bhutto and suffers from the combined effects of a stroke and Alzheimer’s disease.
Mrs. Bhutto has crossed above 80s age. Where she is?
People have not knowledge about it.

A lady who loved and given birth to children and seen them martyred.
What has this country done with her? This question always needs answer. Question is what has her family done for? Sadly, none of them have done any thing, recently daughter of Mir Murtaza Bhutto (Shaheed) Ms. Fatima Bhutto wrote letter to the Chief justice Iftikhar Ahmed Chuadhary where she requested to him to bring her grandmother to 70clifton.

Caring means doesn’t to give service day and night but caring means also how do you pay tribute to her by your actions?

Unfortunate, all are beating drum in fallen love with her, none of them cover her life story or remember her in writings. Mrs. Bhutto is not only wife of late Z.A Bhutto.
She is lady who has given up her entire life her beloved and seeing her children in martyred.

We believe in time, time will judge her, what she was?

History remembers her; she has made her space by deeds and bearing unending anguish.

Each person has her/his own things, people can make fragrance by their sacrifices, as Mrs. Bhutto has given her own fragrance today she is far away but we can feel her fragrance.

Flood Victims!!!

Sorrows!!!!!

Sorrows!
Sorrow runs in my vein,
I can not bear it,
But this journey of grief which runs in my vein,
One day will be stopped,
When I get grave,
So let it runs as fast as it can... (Helena

Come Again ... Come Again!!!

A long time ago,
Yes, many years ago,
When you and I hugged,
It was time,
I felt your presence,
And while weeping you kissed  my forehead,
You held me in your arm,
And said, don’t leave me,
Ah…, I promised with you,
I have never broken promise,
Is not it?
I am here, and my promise for you,
We both are searching your presence,
But you are nowhere,
How long have been searching you,
I deeply call you,
Come back, come back,
I am here, don’t leave you,
But why don’t you rejoin me,
Why everyone is saying me,
That,
A long time ago,
We both met,
I know you are here,
This wind,
Feels me your presence,
Just come and hug me again,
Now, I want to promise from your side,
Come again,
Come again. (Helena)

Dreamless Eyes!

Dreamless eyes!

Veengas

Under the sky people are experiencing and undergoing different kinds of rigours of life. Most of them spend wonderful, happy life and many have to go through different kinds of pains and sorrows and whether they are the oldest or new all sorrows have same taste.

I always remember few lines of poetess Helena. She writes that, My whole life has been into sorrows,I don’t know which sorrow was deepest, But I only know one thing,When we … Aahh … means I, broke and touched sorrow,It was a world, where I have been receiving by me tears and pain,After that numbers of sorrows coming to me, all are siblings of first sorrow,So, I am experiencing still of one sorrow and others coming sorrows,Those just alive that first sorrow,Yes, I am broken in the hands of sorrows,I have tasted its taste but I cannot give it any name. It’s true that human beings have to face many kinds of sorrows.

Their happiness is like spring season which has short age. Therefore, we never leave our sorrows and sorrows never leave us, we both have strongest relations. Some of the people have been born to face sorrows, a young guy whose name was Abdul Wahid, citizen of Afghanistan, had come to Karachi as refugee. When I met him he spoke in a civilized way, I don’t know how people could bring smile on their faces? It was very strange streak for me; I was not able to interrupt him. And he continued his conversation that life as a refugee is full of sorrows. Since, birth he had found himself among sorrows. Suddenly he stopped himself and said some people are born to bear sorrows.

This conversation was held in 2004 at Tariq Road – Karachi at Pathan Hotel, and it is long time now.I presume that while reading this write up, readers might think why am I writing on sorrows as we all know each sorrow has its own language and taste so why I am writing.I am writing only for a little young boy who was not from a royal family, neither was a popular personality nor leaked out secret documents as WikiLeak’s founder did.Actually he was above them all and his inner was as pure as an angel. It was 14th February 2011 when the world was celebrating Valentine Day.

The people were trying to show off their passion for love by presenting valuable gifts of Red flowers and buying chocolates for their beloveds to please them. For me that day was just another day as I thought that nothing would be new but was to complete my work. Sometimes we thought else and happened else.Actually it was not just another day for me it was a day when I realised how are we becoming more materialistic Once we used to hear that people prefer pure heart and values but nowadays these things are chapters of old books which are never read.Maybe others peoples say that I am wrong and emotional; if I am emotional it is because I witness such inhuman behaviour all around. People are wearing different kinds of masks and say different things.

They speak one language in front of flashlights and off-flashlights say something else. On 14th February 2011 I saw a little angel who had nothing but he attracted attention of many people and by his act he put to shame many people including me.On special occasions I prefer to travel by local buses, where I come across more stories and lessons of life.Despite all things, I caught local bus, little young boy who was Pathan, more beautiful as like Hollywood kid hero, so I sat on seat he sat opposite to me.

As I already mentioned it was lovers’ day, naturally everyone was in romantic mood except Mullahs who were trying to stop lovers but they failed to stop it. Karachi was decorated with flowers and royal kids were enjoying because they could purchase expensive things, On the one hand richest people were celebratinged in luxuries ball and on the second poorest people celebrated on roads and enjoyed Bhel Poori. For me interesting thing was that when rich men played songs at high pitch, none of the traffic officers stopped but when local bus played song traffic officer stopped and started arguing, we all were silently seeing traffic officer and bus driver both were arguing each other, that young boy shouted at traffic officer, why are you stopping the poor why don’t you go after that big car who is disturbing the whole traffic and playing songs in high volume. After hearing such kind of advice from a little young boy the traffic officer replied you are disrespectful.

All those travelling in the bus appreciated the little boy but he was not interested in what the people were saying about him.To me, it seemed that the little boy had no dreams. Perhaps it was the first time I was seeing dreamless eyes. I don’t know what he was thinking at that moment. When beggars on the roadside sought alms, none of those riding in the bus gave them a single penny but that young boy put his hand in the pocket and took out a 20-rupee note and handed it over to a beggar. We all were stunned. It really was a big amount to be doled out to a beggar.

The boy looked at me with a strange smile and said: Baaji , I have an old mother who is ill all the time. I always pray for her, I am sure Allah Almighty will listen to my prayers one day. After a little pause he said again: I don’t know why my mother is suffering. Our home in Swat but we had to leave it and come here due to militancy which was at its peak a few months back. Now we are here in this big city which has small people, all greedy to the core. I, as well as all the passengers and driver listened him calmly If I gave some money to the beggar, God would Inshallah respond to my prayers and my mother would be alright soon. He showed other 20 rupees and said today I had earned only 60 rupees and now I have with me Rs 20 but these are more than enough for me.I want to see my mother healthier soon. May God listen to the prayers of beggar also. Then, he stopped saying. I was looking into his eyes but could see only pain in there which disturbed me a lot.

I could only say that God would do better for you and he replied proudly InshallahA small who indirectly paid for his mother’s recovery from illness because she was a valentine for him. He was poor, let me correct myself that no he was not poor in fact he was a man who made real valentine day, he never purchased royal and expensive things, he only wished for sympathy and better life for his mother. When metropolitan city Karachi was celebrating Valentine Day we all were rock in roll in luxuries, we forgot that we are not rich with luxuries but we are richest with our values and acts. A little boy who has eyes but dreamless, who is responsible for this? Can we ask that this war against terror has not only snatched our relatives but is snatching our dreams too, dreams those have life and breathe, now we should tell the world, our kids are alive, they have not been injured but they have no dreams, can anyone bring dreams for their eyes.

14th February 2011 passed away long ago but that little angel boy is still standing in front of me with dreamless eyes and asking for his dreams that I have eyes but no dreams, where are my dreams? What should I write? Should I agree with above lines, some of the lives are only for bearing sorrows or for bearing insults and abuses of people like traffic officer.I am not able to summarize just let me write that yes we have innocent eyes in materialistic world where dreams for selected people now are not common. Perhaps dreams have changed their way and turned to the richest class. Whatever, I saw eyes on 14th February which were dreamless … dreamless.
